Overview
Welcome to MyEMDR! Our platform itself does not collect or store any personal data. However, we do employ third-party analytics and security tools to improve our service and ensure safety. The following section outlines which tools we use and what data each one may collect or process.
Data Collection
Analytics Tools
The following tools are privacy-focused and GDPR-compliant:
Umami: Collects anonymized page views, browser, OS, language, city/country, and timestamps. Does not use cookies, anonymizes all collected data, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Cloudflare Web Analytics: Collects aggregated data such as browser type, operating system, device type, country, referrer, host, path, page views, and Core Web Vitals. Does not use cookies, aggregates anonymized metrics, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Microsoft Clarity (cookies disabled): Captures masked behavioral data including session recordings, mouse/click/scroll interactions, device and browser details, navigation flow, and country or region. Does not use cookies, uses automatically masked and anonymized data, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Security Tools
Cloudflare Security: Processes IP addresses as part of its infrastructure and security operations, such as traffic routing, DDoS mitigation, and network protection. These IPs are not used for analytics or user profiling. In addition, Cloudflare uses “Strictly Necessary” cookies which are essential for security features and core functionality, and therefore are automatically included as part of the service.
Data Sharing
No data is shared beyond these platforms outlined above. Any processing by Cloudflare is solely for security and routing.
